Led by Kim Shepherd, a kinesiologist and certified Brain Health Trainer with advanced coursework in neurological rehab and aging science, this program is grounded in research showing that combining movement, cognitive engagement, and lifestyle strategies is the most effective way to promote brain and body resilience.
